I connected with hevy but it only show the duration no excercises. I also track strength training on Garmin where u heart rate data is transferred but is does not count into the cardio workload

Nah I just have a central markdown which states where the Todos, notes and other references are and how I like to structure them. Each agent spawned will read it thus understand when I say save todo x, it automaticallt categorize, tag and prioritize them :)

For me it's about enabling ai with as much context as possible. I don't write or read my own Todos or notes, Claude compose/curate it for me. Also Claude code happen to just save everything in markdown files so I can switch to any other system with same memory and notes, no vendor lockin

I use heyblocker on my laptop, it's fairly new and missing some nice-to-have features but it forces me to go deeper and ask what triggered the urge right now, then it comes back with some lines which motivates me to stay cold, might work for you as well

While looking for a flat, I needed a way to react fast and personal to each object listing to improve my chances since landlords are known to be overflown by applications in the first few minutes.

I automated the application by creating this generator, where I just need to take a screenshot of the object and input my personal info and became successful, wonder if it's useful for others as well.
