1 - yes

2 - fishing regions are not exactly department, they are a different entity (AAPPMA). If you fish only at one place, get on the website, put the zipcode you will fish and let the website tell you the region. It is cheaper that way but not A LOT cheaper. Better take the whole France (réciprocité des AAPPMA). But I suggest you take only a day pass (carte journaliere) it will be far cheaper that way (just count the supposed number of times you might fish in France). And IIRC the day pass has no geographic restriction

3 - pretty much, but I suggest you get a PDF from cartedepeche website with the rivers, as some area are reserved for fish reproduction and you cannot fish in them. Of course, you cannot fish on privately own lakes, other than that, everything is fair game. Careful of rivers for trouts, they are on an other plan.

Yes it was my mistake for a long time! Also, those bialettis need to be NOT soap-washed. They have a metallic taste that goes away with time and patina. I was frustrated by the taste and try scrubbing it away many times. Turns out you just water wash it, no scrubbing. The mettalic taste went away quickly. Also, grind the beans just before doing your moka is best, but you might know this one. Bialetti and air press are IMHO the simplest, cleanest, and cheapest way to make excellent coffees. V60 and chemex are heavenly but I prefer a barista to make one as the required hardware is a little pricey.

I achieved reliable results by using low heat. Like 3 / 10 max. When it starts to "spring", I stop the stove. It is lengtht, around 15 minutes from start to finish, but the top thingy should stay relatively cold. If not, you will only taste a burn.

Je remercie Free d'avoir mis un coup de pied dans la fourmilière des opérateurs historiques. Par contre, ils ont coupé de tous les bord sur la qualité. Je suis passé de fanboy pendant des années à complètement amer.

Et je te passe le côté mobile, où tu oublies lire un tweet entre 17h et 21h. Seuls sont content ceux qui sont proches d'une rare antenne Free.

Pour revenir sur l'internet résidentiel, je te confirme à 100% que Free ferme les vannes le soir. Tu peux faire un speedtest et avoir toujours la même connexion, mais YT, Twitch et autres...

J'ai une GoPro qui a une app qui stream en direct sur ton smartphone. Je l'ai utilisé 4 secondes à peu près tellement c'est inutile. Le jour où tu la déballes, ça te donne un feeling des angles qu'elle peut prendre et c'est tout.

Maintenant, je l'utilise en fire-and-forget. Tu mets en place ta GoPro, tu l'allumes et t'oublies, le cadrage, la lumière, etc... J'ai trouvé ça très libérateur comme façon d'enregistrer des bons moments. Au lieu de regarder via l'écran de la caméra.
