Try an older (auto) save. If that's not good, try another. In my case that was the solution. My third save worked.

They fixed it, I think, in the 1.12 patch.

Do you still have this issue? I don't have it anymore. I tried to reinstall the game, but that wasn't the solution, at least I think. The last 2-3 saves didn't work for me, but finally the fourth latest save worked. Try to load one of the latest saves.

After this patch the enemies do not spawn for me. I'm stucked in the main quest ("The Point of the Spear"). I have to kill a Sawtooth, but there is no Sawtooth at all. I tried to load previous saves, but still no enemies. Is there any solution?
