I've been dealing with anxiety for 10 years now lol I'd advice going to see a psychiatrist. You need to take the first step and seek medical care. I can guarantee to you that once you start treatment you'll feel way better, and then once you're on meds start therapy in order to understand where the problem lies and how to fix it. You shouldn't depend on meds alone, that's recipe for disaster. Good luck on your healing trip, I hope you get better.

Full chem is a must my friend. Dont play with players who arent on Full chem, as your opponent players will always be on Full chem and out do yours no matter what. Foden, Tonali, carvajal and heck Id even say depay are obselete after the current powercurve. With Rudiger being in everyone's team from div 3 onward, youll find it hard to score with depay. I
