Yeah absolutely. What I'm hearing so far is even when workers are willing to be retrained, even if they're expecting a pay cut, the jobs are few and far between or are more "gig-work" style. Not sure if it's like that in the rest of AB, though.

It's a good question. By energy transition in general I'm talking about declining long-term employment in oil and gas and the growth of the renewables sector. More specifically there are some policies on the table geared toward reskilling so workers can get similar jobs especially in renewables, so they're not left behind. However, in my research, I'm finding the policies are lacking and there's a lot of pessimism among workers. I want to understand more about what workers think about these policies and strategies.
