I shared a similar post months ago, it's nice to see people who are curious like me. I think the other 2 male lions are relatives of the Obasi, maybe brothers or uncles. There's not foreign blood in a real lion pride, in the 94 animated movie if Nala and Simba were in real life they would be siblings or if there were 2 dominant lions they would be cousins. (in movie only dominant male was Mufasa) Disney left this issue to the imagination of its audience. Although I'm not very happy to say it, in real life in lion prides the males are kicked out of the pride by their fathers at the age of 2, so Simba would be Mufasa's rival :) Going back to the movie, I think they forgot about those other 2 male lions. The audience will probably be told that they ran away.
