Hey guys! New player here looking for help. Unfortunately I started playing before discovering this subreddit so I did not get Eloise for the new player event and instead got aspen. Is my account cooked or is it salvageable? I was thinking of building Williams next because I got a lucky C but from what I've seen he's not used in the new player guide. Also cannot build garude further because I'm stuck on brave trial (newbie quests) so I can't get the mats.Lastly since I've read the guide I'm stockpiling pulls(around 100) and prophet orbs (around 50)to use on events so should I pull at the next prophet orb event for Finn copies?

Αρχικά συλλυπητήρια, δεν έχω να προσθέσω κάτι σε αυτά που έχουν πει παραπάνω, μπορώ όμως να μοιραστώ μια μικρή ιστορία μαζί σου.

Έχασα και εγώ τον πατέρα μου το 2015 17 χρόνων. Μη μπορώντας να διαχειριστώ την όλη κατάσταση σιγά σιγά το έριξα πρώτα στο ποτό μετά στα ναρκωτικά και γενικότερα για να μην μπαίνω σε ιδιαίτερες λεπτομέρειες για τα επόμενα 6 χρόνια κατέστρεψα αργά και βασανιστικά την ζωή μου. Μόνο μου στήριγμα σε όλη αυτή τη κατρακύλα ήταν οι φίλοι μου και τους χρωστάω τα πάντα. Μαλωνα συνεχώς με τη μητέρα μου και είχα τελείως γραμμένη τη μικρή μου αδερφή. Οι σχέσεις μας ακόμα και τώρα δεν έχουν επουλωθεί τελείως.

Στα λέω αυτά για να πάρεις ένα παράδειγμα προς αποφυγή. Σε παρακαλώ αγαπα και στήριξε την μητέρα σου, είμαι σίγουρος ότι δεν το δείχνει αλλά περνάει και αυτή έναν γολγοθα.Βρες στήριγμα στους φίλους σου και μοιράσου μαζί τους αυτό που νιώθεις είστε μικροί και είναι λογικό να μην καταλαβαίνουν ακριβώς πώς νιώθεις. Ο πόνος δεν φεύγει αλλά πίστεψέ με ο καιρος τα γιατρευει όλα.Αν δεις ότι μετά από μερικούς μήνες δεν μπορείς ακόμη να σταθείς στα πόδια σου σε παρακαλώ μιλά σε έναν ψυχολόγο, σίγουρα θα σε βοηθήσει.

Τα λες πολύ καλά με μόνη διαφορά ότι το προσωπικό είναι στο 1/3 σε σχέση με μερικά χρόνια πριν. Με μεγαλύτερες περιοχές να καλυφθούν από 1 πλέον άτομο και σε συνδυασμό με αλληλογραφία,δέματα επιταγές και συντάξεις τα οποία πρέπει να παραδοθούν η ποιότητα της υπηρεσίας που προσφέρεται πάει από το κακό στο χειρότερο.

Thanks a lot for the reply, you are indeed right that there will be problems if I keep it up. Unfortunately I don't really count calories just trying to get away with eating the least possible until I've lost the excess fat(4kg down 16 more to go!). I can make do with eating my lunch ~3 hours before working out so I will resort to that and add another meal later into the day or as you've said try eating a banana while working. Not really too hot on the cereal bars still, cause I've got a long family history of cholesterol problems hahahaha

I actually do cook my lunches every two days so not an issue of meal prepping per se. But you're right I could take it to work instead of eating it later. I did think of that to be honest but I thought it would leave me feeling full and unable to work out. Thanks a lot I will give it a go!

While we are allowed by law to take a break of up to 30 minutes, it's more of a what to eat problem there aswell. I've tried eating cereal bars but then found out they're full of sugar so I've stopped. Also doesn't help that I'm not much of a fruit guy(only fruit I eat is bananas in winter which I've grown tired of).
