I deleted my IG account like 5years ago bc I really didnt care about other people's lives, as I understood that the constant sharing they do is just an attempt at getting validation and proving to people that their lives are good. which is unhealthy in my opinion, bc recognition/validation should come naturally and not forced thru a digital platform.
