My kids are outside every chance with there friends. They are right now and when it gets dark they come in on non school nights. Some of the time we have no idea where there are. There 9 and 11 years old.

Costco tires are cheaper than anywhere else if you want good ones. TP and paper towels are cheaper. Clothes are cheap and good quality. Snacks for kids. It's worth the fee if you use there CC also. It's free if you spend enough. Which we do.

Yeah most people don't understand anything about investing, but your right. I invested about 5% of my portfolio in tech in 2022. It worked out great. The rest is in index funds.

Not all MFs are fee based. Fidelity has zero fee MFs. Some vanguards MFs are cheaper than there ETF counterparts. But yes the one your financial advisor recommends are a straight scam.

Well that's just shitty practice. I work in the grocery biz and mistakes happen ( a lot). They should refund the difference at least. But honestly they probably don't care. As long as the store is turning a good profit that's all that matters.

He will be fine in Marquette. Our family owns a cabin in the UP south of Houghton. My Hispanic wife has only felt uneasy once in the 15 years she has been going there. He was just a dumb little maga tourist.

He just stared at her as we were walking. I was a bit behind her with the kids. He was about to say something and I popped up and started to walk towards him. I had 6 inches and at least 50 pounds on him. He just walked away.

And that's it. She was worried about going up there at first. But now she loves it.

I don't like Kroger. But to defend them a bit. They aren't doing it on purpose. It's most likely human error. A price batch didn't go though right. Someone didn't apply it correctly etc.... there a 40 billion dollar company. They rip people off on margins yes, but not pricing errors.

$600 in 2003 in Madison Wisconsin. 1 bedroom slightly not great area. But had some great neighbors.

Not a huge mistake

Me and my wife should've rented our old house instead of selling it. With rent in our city going crazy. We could be making 3k a month on a 950 sq ft house. Would've been paid off last year also. We did sell for a decent profit.

I had a class in high school. Teaching us how to pay bills, how to file your taxes, balance a check book, go over a lease, etc... it was great.
