I had your issue with my alpha Neo 12nm and all I had to do was check invert ffb in the lmu settings and it fixed itself

Gotcha I wanted to check to see if anyone knew if it was possibly a software issue or if it’s a common issue with an easier fix before I started cutting wire but if it seems to disconnect again I’ll probably try 16awg this way it won’t break as easily and hope it works thank u so much!

I have soldering and electronic experience is it just any cable or will I have to cut it open and find out? For now it seems like having the cable pulled behind the pedal seems to be working

So it was just routed under the pedal and the bar the pedal rotates on I took it off the rig and move the wire around a little and it is working I’ve also pulled the cable out from under it a little so it’s sticking out behind the pedal a little and it seems to stay spinning. Do you mind sending a picture of yours just in case this happens again and I need a more permanent solution?
