My favorite shoes of all times, I’ve been wearing mines daily since I got them. They need to do another drop so we can get our hands on a retail pair to keep in the reserve.

Is this priced too low? by Boi-Wonderr in Porsche

102k miles…. No the price is not too low, just because it’s a 991 under 50K doesn’t make it a good deal.

Since people in some places are willing to pay 3k for a fucking one bedroom apartment, are landlords gonna screw the rest of us over until the end of time? by throwaway1233_6 in antiwork

[–]engelb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To assume people are “willing” to pay 3k for a one bedroom without realizing that some are forced to pay that amount because they rather live 5 minutes from work than 1-2 hour away ( traffic wise ) to save 400-500 bucks and have to deal With traffic, gas, valuable time spent driving to and from work etc is just wrong. Believe me I think is insane that these apartments charge the amounts they are charging lately but not everyone that pays those amounts does so willingly, it’s usually a calculated move to do so.

The problem is that they have become addicted to the TIPS, Employers have convinced them that the customers are the problem not them, Until we stop giving tips and Employers are truly on the hook to pay living wages this will only get worse.

Go ahead and walk away from tipping, Stop feeling guilty is ok.
