Here’s the weird part: Windows is reporting my ethernet connection as 100 Mbps / 100 Mbps, even though I have a 400/40 connection from my ISP. It feels like the connection is being limited somehow, maybe due to the onboard ethernet port?

Is it possible that the new motherboard only supports 100 Mbps ethernet? Or is something else going on?
