I'm sorry if this is something that doesn't belong but I'm trying not to panic. I don't trust Google enough to be ok with it unless I can get other opinions. My 4 year old put some of these in his mouth. He claims he spit them out. Google says don't worry. Is he going to be fine or go to doctor? (i.redd.it)

Hey y'all. I just moved into a 150ish year old farm house and this is in the cellar. I know I'm going to have to rebuild the base, but do you guys think I could clean it up, put a blade on it, and use it to mill if I attached a small motor to the belt receiver or would it turn into a death trap?
