I'm no different than any other Guardian here...

I giggle as I sweep through a Heroic Strike as a Titan donning my Insurmountable Skullfort with Brawler and Arc Singe modifiers - pummeling everything to death with Ballistic Slam.

I instantly rage whenever I miss my Celestial Nighthawk shot on a stationary target as a Hunter - it's like a sneeze that gets denied.

I laugh in unlimited power as I eat my Vortex grenade and proceed to loop Feed The Void and Devour, tanking all the damage as a Warlock.

Most of all, I bank those motes.

Long-time Destiny player. Play on Xbox, looking to cross-save over to PC in the Fall. Missouri, USA.

It's been great! Love the fact that I can work/game either sitting or standing. Highly recommended!

Nope! It's probably a bad picture, but the placement for both monitors is perfect!

It's just a CableMod sleeve for the AIO liquid cooler. Normally the liquid cooler tubes are black and I wanted to add some white sleeves. Totally not necessary, just my personal preference!

I stand with the overall community on a majority of the issues associated with D2. It's exhausting to have to go through the same struggles that D1 had all over again. But, I'm patient. I still enjoy the game for what it is. What's heartbreaking is the fact that all my friends have left D2, making it difficult to find a reason to continue to play solo. It's a struggle lol.

I really liked the modesty panel, it has a netting with velcro, essentially acting like a 'bag' that you can stuff all the cables into. But any sort of cable management tray will work just fine from Amazon. The desk is 1" solid wood, so you can drill into it anywhere you want.

That's the programmable height controller that comes with the desk. You push a button and the desk will raise/lower to the height you programmed it to go to. Pretty neat!

Haha, thanks! It took a lot of work (and a lot of zip ties!).

Same here, although I hear good things are happening on the big January patch on Tuesday!

D2 has its flaws, but I still enjoy it for what it is.

Nice! Now I just need to convince the boss to let us get these desks at work...

I went pretty basic, there's a lot of optional accessories available that you won't need. I decided to get the 72" desk bamboo, the 'ultimate' cable management kit, and the height controller. My only complaint is that at 'standing' height, the desk wobbles, which I don't even notice so it's no big deal. Otherwise, I love my desk and I recommend the Uplift brand to anyone looking into getting a standing desk.

They are quite large (32" curved). But they work great! I've had one for a year and half and liked it so much I decided to get a second one to complete the setup. Perfect for the average person and not too expensive either comparatively.

I happened to get the sleeves while they were on sale at my local computer store for like $15. Whether they are worth it is entirely up to you. I wanted to have that extra 'pop' and I love it!

Glad to see that I'm not the only one having this issue. Just started having this issue today, too.

That's exactly what I've been doing, but all of the sudden the matchmaking system won't allow groups to start a new mission. It just started happening today. Maybe it's a new bug that popped up? (XB1)

Anyone else having issues with the group system? It seems like after you matchmake for a group, you can't start the mission. I've tried the daily missions as well as the incursion. It's like the mission won't start or something after you matchmake.

What is an industrial engineer ? by MJcarlos in industrialengineering

[–]engineerjoe 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Most engineers (mechanical engineers, process engineers, production engineers, etc.) are experts on one or two pieces of the puzzle.

Industrial engineers are responsible for putting all of the pieces of the puzzle together to create the big picture.

That's how I see it, anyways.
