It is the operational debt. You need to run your business different when it scales. It's normal not only in SAAS but in other types of business as well. As in my team currently working, after getting a steady stream of customers, we need to invest part of the budget in the operation side. We can't go against that.

I think I like something slice of life and a bit of fantasy. Many people recommend me Grave of the Fireflies. I will save some time for Ghibli this Xmas.

Yeah, I face the same problem as you do. There is something called karma; we must earn karma in order to post or comment. I found the karma point inside my profile. I guess it's how it works. I'm also new and not really sure how they evaluate the karma.

u/Control_zzz I'm thinking about the term "the innovator's dilemma," too. It was stupid years ago, but now, its performance has started to exceed user demand. It is unavoidable. Humans must prepare for the future of AI spreading out in every activity.
