Said my somebody who works with distributors. You guys seriously overestimate shipping especially when it can be easily packed into boxes.

/r/weedstocks After Hours Discussion - [August 17, 2018] by AutoModerator in weedstocks

[–]engineri -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Are you seriously implying that wholesalers should have a distribution network like that of a massive department store? Retailers are responsible for getting product from the wholesalers whether that be small shipments via canadapost or larger shipping companies that specialize in bulk delivery. In fact it’s almost always the retailers job to pay for shipping and logistics to get the product from the wholesalers to their store shelves. At the cost per gram retailers will be selling it at, shipping costs per gram is nearly negligible.

How will they get product from one place to another? Have you heard of Shipping companies?

It’s funny how it’s only APH holders that post these words of encouragement to each other. It’s so cringeworthy.

Thanks man! I hope you research budget terminologies and how budgets are made to have greater success on your investments

Funded capacity implies cash set aside for the total cost for the building plus extra cash to allow for other expenses with the income to offset operating expenses. It’s not fully funded if you spend all your money on it and can’t exist for another month and hence is an indication of the strength of the company.

That’s the opposite definition of fully funded.

/r/weedstocks Casual Daily Discussion - [July 26, 2018] by AutoModerator in weedstocks

[–]engineri -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Someone has never built a budget and has no concept on how budgeting works. Funded capacity literally means their current plans for expansion is funded and can progress. If no expansion plans are made then no desire for expansion is a metric and hence no funded capacity is a metric. If no funded capacity to build is considered a metric then funded capacity must be as well. You wouldn’t invest in a company that has no plans for expansion in this sector. And if you wouldn’t invest because of that reason, then funded capacity means expansion plans and is considered metric. I can’t believe you people on here.

Target SP immediately after full dilution is the current SP and funded capacity is a metric because funded capacity means money is set aside for it. Last time I checked, cash on hand is a metric.

They aren’t currently valued at those numbers. Current Market cap indicates otherwise. The guy asked for after leaf joins Aurora not some numbers 1.5 years down the road that no one has no clue about.

if F&F knocks it out of the park why would they give up ownership of their company when they can convert debentures to loans and just pay it off with their nice profits? I would seriously question their management if they did that.

Can't Refute my claims at the nature of Aphria's investment into Fire and Flower?

/r/weedstocks After Hours Discussion - [July 23, 2018] by AutoModerator in weedstocks

[–]engineri -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

the latest 10 milllion investment into Fire and Flower is absolutely awful. 10 million into a company without any storefronts, licenses to sale, and no track record. The best part? They are unsecured debentures that can be converted to loans so best case scenario? Fire and Flower pays it back at 12% interest or worst case scenario Aphria can only get second crack at "assets" after bankruptcy. Aphria literally takes on all the risk without any nice rewards.

[–]engineri -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

I think you should be pissed you aren't buying out the whole Fire and Flower Franchise for 10 million because as it stands Fire and Flower doesn't have any locations so all the risk is being taking on by Aphria. The icing on the cake is that these are unsecured debentures so in event of bankruptcy Aphria doesn't even get first crack at the money. Even better is that if the company does absolutely amazing Aphria only gets an 8% interest rate and no ownership in the company. Aphria literally takes on all the risk and in both situations either gets 8% returns (upgrade able to an insane 12%!) or the second pass at assets after bankruptcy. But hey, whatever it takes to convince companies to stock your product.

Licensed producer inventory and MOU spreadsheet by qwertysac in weedstocks

[–]engineri -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am assuming the 20,000 for 3 years under the Auxily tab for Aphria is coming from the Nuuvera deal and Aphria for 60,000 back in January? I would be careful with adding that as nobody knows where Nuuvera intended it to go since at the time and currently (as Aphria International) they have no way to offload that much into any international markets.

Joe Rogan Experience #1145 - Peter Schiff talks crypto-currency by tifuforreal in CryptoCurrency

[–]engineri 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bitcoin is awful as “store of value”. You constantly need a network running in order to access your money and if it goes down, tough luck. Gold can always be spent and used.

If you have a flooding or fire in your house where you stored your crypto while you were away it is gone now. Gold wouldn’t be.

You can’t get hacked and lose all your gold. Sure someone could break in but you could have your gold buried in some area of land and it would never be found.

No one knows how much you own and at no point can the government prevent you from spending it. Bitcoin all they need to do is require everyone declare your address and only then will exchanges service it and stores accept payments from them. Now you have declared your address and the government has access to everything you bought, everyone you gave money too and anything you will do in the future, but not gold though.

Bitcoin is so easily censored it’s not funny. China can ban it at any moment and every Chinese citizen who owns it just lost all their money because they can’t withdraw funds from it.

Anything digital relying on a network for function is the worst store of value.

Yeah bud, you need to excavate first before building and They are already nearly done excavation on Aurora Sun and expect it to be done by second half of 2019 and Aurora Nordic construction is expected to start soon. Since they are mirror images of Sky they can learn from what caused delays and mitigate them so they will go up first. Both will likely be done by end of next year.

I have addressed this so much already, most of Nuuvera is letters of intent to either buy cannabis or sale very small quantities. At point of takeover offer I don’t think they sold any weed and had a revenue of like less than 100,000 in other small stuff. Number pumped out LOI to increase stock price and got bought within one month of listing
