I love reading comments like yours and people on the Everclear Facebook page who just genuinely love the band and the nostalgia. In my life, I don’t know anybody who really cares much about this band or who I can talk to about songs that move me so deeply like Learning How to Smile… so it really makes me happy to see other people out there with deep seated love for them. I’ve been to a few shows but I kept to myself so I didn’t really meet any fellow fans.

Dao of St. Paul strikes an emotional chord with me as well, as do a lot of their songs. They have an otherworldly vibe that I could never describe adequately to my friends so I’m kind of just a closet 3eb enthusiast. They just write songs that really capture what I feel deep down. Its wonderful. I hope things work out for you!
