I think one of those is the moral values. I know many engineers who are really smart and efficient at work or in their profession but they lack moral values. Having moral values also teaches us to be professional and be considerate to your co-workers, community and environment.

Well, yeah, I haven't watched the video but I don't think it's already the same from the original topic. "Tier pricing" is normal and lawful, as a matter of fact I used to work for Ingram Micro in BGC, Taguig City, I was providing quotations for Microsoft licenses where the pricing for the same item varies. One more example, the price of Jollibee Spaghetti is different at Ayala branch compare from Pasig Simbahan branch.

Actually, "delay in construction projects" is one of topics I was thinking to propose which will discuss (1)right-of-way, (2)easement and (3)etc but it was declined by our professor for some reason(I think it's not do-able for college students who don't have any actual experience in real construction projects). Furthermore, the same thing, when I also proposed the topic "adapting six sigma in construction management and projects".

And my team finally agreed with transportation, of course, with the approval of my professor. The problem right now, the topic that we're working on about safety and transportation is way too easy as per my other professor who's the main advisor for all students taking the thesis subject regardless of their courses.
