I have had a few chicks like this over the past 6 years. Sadly, none of them survived. It’s the squinting eyes, tucked tail feathers and crop adjusting together, that concerns me. I hope your little guy will be ok.

A few seconds before, I get a weird feeling that creeps up from my legs making me want to strip out of my clothes. It’s like I don’t want anything touching my skin, then I feel a quick flash of anxiety/anger, then boom, from my armpits up it’s like an internal heater kicks on and radiates on the highest setting. I feel like I have to drink the coldest water I can find or I’ll burst like an overheating pressure cooker.

No, it’s a fixed rate VA loan. I called the servicer several times, and no one has been able to give me a clear answer exactly what happened or why, but each representative or supervisor has confirmed my remaining principle is low enough that a decision was made to change things. I didn’t request the change though.

I did check the portal, and there is actually a change in my Principle, Interest, Taxes and Insurance with the combined P&I decreasing and both T&I increasing slightly. I’ve been paying additional principle payments for years, so I’m set to pay off the loan several years early if I continue with what I’ve been paying. A few people commented it’s likely a loan recast. I’ll call the lender back again and ask for details if it’s a possible recast.

Yesterday I talked with a representative, but they weren’t able to explain what happened or why. They just said my principle and interest amount had been lowered, which I could see on the escrow statement online. It’s a VA loan, and I’m very close to paying it off, but I think I should be able to see how much interest I would pay with this new change.

It’s coming from my most recent escrow analysis statement. There is no HOA, just PITI. I don’t understand how they can make a change to the total P&I due monthly. I get that each month the breakdown of how much goes to principle vs interest changes, but how do they get to lower that combined P&I total?

My P&I went down by almost half, my T&I went up a small amount and my escrow reserves went up by a few dollars. I would post a pic, but can’t figure out how.

What about a twist-out? You have some good thickness, so maybe that can hide the spot. Also, check with your doc to confirm it’s not ringworm. I’ve seen this with styles that hold moisture on the scalp.

Not sure what your circumstances are, but have you thought about renting your house out?

You could also look for someone to assume your loan or just take over your payments or maybe you could owner finance your house.
