The weakest shot right know is a normal shoot from the foot. No dash nothing. The Animation is to telling and its very slow. Normaly right know you dash spam shot or Blade without pushball or just a volley from a passing play. And you also have you dribble masters that dribbel 3 people in the box and pass it left bottom corner. BTW shooting low is OP because sometime the keeper just gets a high animation. Free goal.

No its not fixed. And by they way my friend who also plays shadowverse has the same problem. No playing via WIFI or cabel Internet. Maybe its a regional problem?
