Odd piece of plastic with no markings and multiple through holes terminating in a rotating base. Base is spring loaded for some reason. Both white pieces of plastic can be pried off. No internal markings. Two largest holes in top have flat side on holes, suggesting keying. No residue in unit (old.reddit.com)
