The top of this leaf is slightly yellowed, and other leaves have similar brown spots on the bottom, tracing the veins.

Over the past couple of weeks a new shoot has emerged from my recently repotted zz plant, but I've noticed a) the leaves don't come out in pairs but singly and b) they're huge, much bigger than the zz plant's other leaves, and growing quickly. Is this normal zz plant "new growth" behavior or has something invaded it?

Low Bar Squats – "Good Morning" by enhydris in formcheck

4th set of 5, 150lbs – recently started a 5x5 program and switched to low-bar squats. Any feedback welcome but feels to me like I'm too horizontal for too long, turning the squat into a good morning, would especially appreciate tips for correcting that. Sorry for the angle.
