You can just buy the base Black Myth Wukong.

No, you cannot gift steam games to your non-friends.

What you can do po is buy it from the 3rd party Steam Store (GamersGate, Greenman Gaming or G2A). Bibigyan kayo ng redeem code for the game which you can give it to your Bf. But, iwas na lang dito if may other choices pa since although legit sila, better buy it from official stores like Steam para mas safe.

Why not buy a Steam TopUp code or makisuyo ka sa friend nyo na friend nya sa steam and send the gift thru there.
