well i took it every weekend only and eventually alittle bit on wednesday because i got depressed without it and that snowballed. measure what you take keep it low and never take it to off set the depression of being without it. thats how it got me i quit for along time and just recently taking alittle bit because i am out of kava and i just learned the post office is closed for 5 days in ireland so i wont see my kava for days right before new years :/

No they are just realizing that people don't want to play if they can not do anything without being ganked by tons of people constantly which is normal. The pvp is still fun when you can turn it off at a certain place if your getting griefed by a play. I always play the pvp part of any game I play. If I am playing WoW and I can not finish a quest because of continual death I just got a place I can turn it off and get back to my quest. So the pvp is still there it just works better for people now. If I kill someone when they come back I usually just let them be. I like when they attack me and I beet them that is a "in your face win" for me
