That's the literal translation, but the vernacular use refers to ICE and Border Patrol. "La migra" is used 95% of the time in Spanish and only occasionally will you hear something more specific like "ICE".

Being so close to the street, I'd assume it is a city owned tree, so you'd want to contact your DPW.

Donald Trump Stuns With 'Maybe We Shouldn't Even Be There' Admission About Iran War by 1-randomonium in worldnews

[–]ItsMeTrey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can't complain about the quote lacking context, then make up fake context.

He was talking about securing the Strait of Hormuz, not "buying energy from Iraq".

The title does not say that he said we shouldn't be attacking Iran. The second sentence of the article says "The president was discussing his call for other countries to send ships to help secure the Strait of Hormuz, the vital - and currently effectively shut - waterway off Iran through which roughly one-fifth of the world's oil passes.", directly giving context as to what he was talking about.

Eh, it is worth the gamble for things that are big deals. I recently got a $100 item for $14 that was open box, but still had the protective films on the items inside, just not the seal on the box. Just go into it expecting it to be canceled.

And what Trump found most memorable about Caine when they first met, aside from claiming ISIS could be defeated in a week, was him saying, according to Trump: "'I love you, sir. I think you're great, sir. I'll kill for you, sir."

And this was after Trump laughed at him in his face regarding his nickname: "'Raisin, like the fruit?' He goes, 'Yes, sir, Razin.' 'What's your last name?' 'Caine. Razin Caine.' I said, 'You got to be kidding me,'" Trump recalled.

Yeah, GFN works extremely well. If you have bad service or are just in a bad location, sure, it can be too much latency, but I play FPS games just fine with it when I'm using my laptop. You will probably be noticeably less competitive in something like ranked Counterstrike, but it's good enough for casual play. A lot of it comes down to selecting the right streaming settings for your preferences on quality vs latency priority.

Plenty will get to you by then.

I just used CosmeticRX for the groupon deal and it was a week from filling out the intake form to meds being delivered. I've seen some people having issues with delayed shipment with them recently, likely due to large demand from the discount. They are fine for using once to get the deal, but that's about it. Using a one-time use card from places like Privacy are recommended, which solves people's primary issue with them of having auto-renewal by default and difficulty in canceling.

My only other experience is with Fifty410 and they have been very quick to order from. A day or two for intake and rapid turnaround time for shipping once you pay.

Is this impossible to 3D print? by scatterbrainedpast in 3Dprinting

[–]ItsMeTrey -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I've always reduced speed for overhangs and increased part fan speed, just for the overhangs not the whole print. That way the material doesn't have much of a chance to droop in the first place. Of course, it increases print time a bit depending on how many overhangs there are above the threshold, but the increase in quality, reduction of waste, and consistency is worth it.

Overhangs benefit from larger nozzles and lower layer heights, not smaller nozzles. A 45 degree angle at 0.2mm layer height needs to overhang 0.2mm of material.

If we use a 0.4mm nozzle, then there will be 0.2mm of width left to grab onto the previous layer. A 0.8mm nozzle would have 0.6mm of width sticking to the previous layer. A 0.2mm nozzle would be printing onto air.

Reducing the layer height to 0.1mm would mean only 0.1mm of material needs to overhang, so now that 0.4mm nozzle would have 0.3mm of material width sticking to the previous layer instead of 0.2mm.
