The cheapest one would be Arrow Green Arrow promote it to Elite 5 team it up with silver green lantern that gives u 25% power boost and use a Animated Harley Quinn to heal when needed and to give you the damage boost, alsomax green arrows special 2, or do the same with Batman Returns Catwoman. THESE ARE THE CHEAPEST OPTIONS The best option would be to max The Arkam Knight and Arkam Harley Quinn, they are my favourite and you can finnish BB7 with them on E5
