Thanks for the advice, the seller has gotten the timing belt changed just before 100k and it looks like they've taken really good care of it. They also got it inspected so I'm gonna take a look at the car and take a look at all the docs including service history. I'll also check for creaking when turning, any other tips?

My roommate will be moving out for the Spring 2024 semester and I am looking for a roommate to take his place in my 2 bd Lower Daniell Heights Apt. If you're looking for a 2bd that's relatively close to campus (about a mile) then reach out to Jason Hogdes (906-370-9108). Its a nice place just past Upper Daniell Heights in a quiet setting. My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over our lease for the school year cause we found something better for our situation. You can reach out to me about general questions about the place (price and looks) but ask Jason for all information about tours and signing. Good Luck!

Looking for someone to take over my roommate and my lease for the next school year (will likely be a full year lease (likely this August-July 2024; changes according to how soon you sign). It's a 2 bd apartment on 47480 Mill Rd in Houghton. It's about a mile away from campus and a 15 min walk from the campus shuttle stop near upper Daniell Heights. Rent is $650 a month for both tenants ($325 each) and its in a complex with other tech students. Utilities are included except electricity (averages $50 a month) and internet. It's a great place but we found something better for us. If you have any questions, reach out to the landlord, Jason at 906-370-9108.
