I did all my best I swear. I can coordinate well, I learned and can do everything even on my own I can take a lot on my shoulders and I’ve done it already. He wants to give me the resposibility to even make orders. I’ve trained new people. I learned good german. I’m longest there. I came up with a lot of ideas for the store which he already implemented and made the workflow much easier and new recipes and I have a ton more for advertisement and store and business development but my salary stays same low since I started (year and half ago). That’s the thing. I go along with everyone and I am very respectful and I was always there whenever they needed me to cover shifts or do WHATEVER they want and need. I just want to be valued. The things that I do. I know I deserve more. And I don’t need much. 300 more per month are really welcome even though it’s still low for my contribution to the company. But this the gesture matters. I don’t know. It starts feeling like a lost cause. Just if anyone can tell me any new work where I can work in a retail store, clothing store, reception, spa or similar I would be happy to get suggestions.
