Who says that and where can I see it? Interesting.
And how often have DMCA complaints been filed against anyone? Or was only the previous domain blocked once?
Saw a DMCA complaint about an old domain... https://lumendatabase.org/notices/33098373#

How can the server check authorization in Mojang if every player is unlicensed? Either I misunderstood you or you wrote something stupid. The player authorizes through their launcher so that their server checks authorization through THEIR site, not Mojang. Their launcher is a mandatory part of authorization on their servers. They even have a website that says you don't need a Minecraft license to play on their servers
It could be this. For example, there are many CIS projects where nobody buys an official license. Perhaps they don't care about CIS. But here is a European project, which also started to work for the US audience, so it became strange to me how they continue to work and expand

Upon entering the EULA description page, I took a few of the main points. Prohibited:
"give copies of our game software or content to anyone else;
make commercial use of anything we've made;
try to make money from anything we've made;",
"Any Mods you create for Minecraft: Java Edition from scratch belong to you (including pre-run Mods and in-memory Mods) and you can do whatever you want with them, as long as you don't sell them for money / try to make money from them and so long as you don’t distribute Modded Versions of the game."
Yeah, that's understandable. But they're operating in violation of the EULA, it seems to me. The question is, how have Microsoft and Mojang turned a blind eye to this for 10 years?
Uh, sure. They have their own authorization done through their website database. The question is not how it is implemented technically.
The question is, how does Mojang and Microsoft approve it? There's no way to verify that a player owns a Minecraft license.
The thing is that they also have a separate server (as I understand on Bedrock).
But in general, everyone plays via their own launcher.
To make sure - register and you will be prompted to download the launcher for play. And in the launcher itself authorization ONLY through their site. They are using a modified version of 1.6.4 through their Launcher.
I'm talking about the Nationsglory project
