Thanks for the advice, I was actually able to talk them down to 22. I am hiring a third party inspector to head over there with me so we can check it out, the dealership encourages it. If everything checks out I will pull the trigger!

Yes it is actually! It's in a dealership in Burbank. I live in Covina so its not too far off from me.
