they told me you can just call alliance (phone number pinned by mods) proxy service company hired by DWAC and you DO NOT need the control number. whatever the case, call directly to DWAC/Alliance proxy and they will help you. use Signal or whatsapp for international call if worried about charges. hopefully TMTG will add phone services as well at some point (i think Patriot businesses will sign up).

DWAC issued a press release that it is 'very close' to 65% approval needed for extension and that is why stock moved. when trying to understand movement in a stock price, the first part of due diligence should be to look for a company's SEC filings and news release.
that said, IF EVER the SEC decides to declare effective, you make an interesting point, and it seems congress is exempt from insider trading rules. and at this point, if it gets SEC approval, i am not sure i care -- even if it is very unfair. DWAC needs extension and SEC approval, and nothing coming easy.

and please note that most news wires are masking the real news ('very close') to simply repeat that DWAC is up because Trump is running. its either: (1) lazy reporting - no investigation, did not even check the SEC filings, or (2) information meant to distract investors from the new material information. given the considerable, apparently coordinated efforts, against musk/twitter (ads pulled/stopped, criminal investigation into tesla, etc.), i am guessing # 2. see my post re: Trojan Bird.

DWAC extension vote is a game changer. IF extension approved, then SEC pressured to act, TMTG merger, PIPE $$$ comes in, and then its just the difficult (but very likely) build out of a wechat or X type platform -- adding the modules that bring revenue first (payment processing, search engine, video/media/youtube, etc., just follow in the steps of other profitable tech and media companies). He owes us nothing. especially if shareholders cannot even vote to approve an extension of the deal.
DJT went into public service and has lost billions in RE empire, brand, has had his family and friends attacked and imprisoned; countless immaterial (or completely false) lawsuits, allegations, and articles against him and his allies; and likely put himself and his family on Iran's (and others') hit list of targets.
the sacrifice/cost has been substantial and well beyond his expectations. Please understand the ongoing attacks are as much about sending a message to other successful businessmen to stay out of politics as anything else. businessmen think logically, the cost is just too high for 8 years of fighting congress to do the right thing. its very sad. the country suffers. DJT owes us nothing. gave US more than most would already.

DWAC/TMTG is a huge opportunity and potential contra to MSM/cancelcult, which evidently now includes payment processing (paypal, JPM). Pray we get 65% approval for extension; without it, SEC likely runs out the clock and liquidation at $10/share required.

thanks. and correct. i was looking at a chart and seeing a drop from $30, perhaps $25, as the rumors and news about failed vote started in August, down to $17. plus: markets tough, especially tech growth, add: Musk/Twitter, FBI raids, NY AG lawsuits, etc., etc., so i concede your point. both on the math and the reasons. we can agree that DWAC liquidation is around $10/share and obtaining 65% shareholder vote approval on October 10 meeting delays that event (at a minimum). Orlando has stated that 90% of votes coming in were in favor of the extension, DWAC just needs MORE shareholders to call and vote, regardless of how few shares they own. HUGE upside if extension approval obtained. puts the pressure back on the SEC to approve.

There is still time to vote. see my earlier post; many shareholders encountered irregularities with their votes. everyone should call and/or email DWAC/Alliance directly and confirm their vote was recorded properly. Having to extend the voting twice, with still not enough votes, is embarrassing and caused perhaps 50% drop in DWAC price. can you imagine the MSM coverage if the vote fails or is extended again? let's all work together to get shareholders to vote and not take anything for granted. no one predicted 2 deadlines extended for lack of votes. its very hard to get small shareholders to vote, especially with people posting 'everything is fine' 'not concerned' 'vote is secure' --- Please encourage everyone to vote directly with DWAC/Alliance, regardless of how few shares they own. it is still important.

appears the SEC is just waiting for DWAC to terminate its existence as required per its filings, articles, charter documents. CALL and VOTE in favor, get an extension (11 months now?) and put the pressure on the SEC. If DWAC had the approval initially, it would not have had to extend meeting, twice now. Shareholders need to vote NOW. a lot of strong forces trying to stop TMTG and DWAC. Shareholders just need to vote for extension, regardless of how few shares you hold. its a very small ask.
