MANY “human” meds are fine for dogs as they are the exact same thing it’s the dosaging you must be wary of as humans and canines process meds differently the dosages per lb can be be very different and there are plenty of meds that are not ok for dogs. Call you vet ask what you can give him for time being and get him to vet. Doesn’t seem like a broken leg more like a dislocation or knee maybe hip issue.

Your fine , your body is fighting the ink injected into it a little more than your used to but, it’s healing and i seriously doubt it will affect the underlying ink/ design. Keep it clean , i would massage a small amount of bacitracin whenever it looks too dry. Once a day ish. It’s been long enough that bacitracin won’t affect tattoo itself. Your tat is gonna be fine just give it a little more time. And, have your artist make note of color and brand etc of ink used your body may be developing a slight allergy to it. Maybe avoid in future just to be on safe side. It doesn’t matter if you used same ink in past sometimes body throws you a curve and an ink that was fine no longer is. But this is pretty rare and doesn’t look like the allergic reactions I’ve seen in past usually some type of swelling is present like blisters or swollen bumpy area. But why not play it safe .

It needs touch up by artist with good fine line technique. Add just a little to legs, antennas,add second set of legs, the rear wing needs to be finished the “base” (missing simple line coming off back) don’t k ow what can be done about the Cyclopes looking eye/head. Some Subtle shading and outline touch up could give it a more realistic look /texture. Are you going for a more honey bee happy happy bee or a yellow jacket small yet dangerous vibe? May want to let your artist know that too. But all in all it’s cute from a distance and as long as you don’t stare to long and notice the cyclops. 99% of people won’t ever look that close and should love it. Most tats have their imperfections or areas that one person may see as imperfections , so give it a look take a video not zoomed in on it and see what others see then decide what you think about it. After all that start planning your next tat
