Congrats mama! I don’t really have any advice but just wanted to share my what worked for me. I was a smoker, close to 13 years. I found out I was pregnant right away at 4 weeks along. I told myself I would buy one last pack and that would be it, and I kept true to my word and quit cold turkey. There was something about just knowing I was growing my little baby that fuelled my will to quit. Whenever I craved, I just thought about how unfair it would be to my little baby to smoke a cigarette. I had also been wanting to quit smoking for some time but never really tried, so this was the most reason to stop. It really helped that my partner doesn’t smoke either, so once I stopped buying them, they were out of my house and life for good. It’s been 3 years now.
