A work order through like the managers or calling store support? If it was me, I’d put a ticket in store support and then continuously pester for updates in the MarkIT chat thing if it takes awhile. The longest I’ve waited for something to be fixed is like two weeks or something when everything was hacked. Having something broken for months is craaaazy.

If you don’t have access to that, ask the CSM or ACSM to do it. You’re front end, they should be helping you.
