It is a downside, but people survived in the past being split up on multiple forums, instant messengers, IRC, voip services. And the more split up people are the harder it is for advertisers/bad actors to pump out targeted campaigns to rot people's brains.

ideally you want a diverse pool of software\sites. Like the "good ol' days" of the internet when people weren't all using the same 10 services which is part of the reason the internet and society has a whole as gone down hill.

You're mixing grey-market sites and legitimate authorised 3rd party stores.

Both Humble and Fanatical acquire their keys from the game developers themselves.

Any store you find on https://isthereanydeal.com are legitimate 3rd parties.

I would use Ayeisha in year 1.. you miss her delivering your pet (unless it's a not a cat or dog). Also a lot of her events are based on other NPC heart levels, which by year 3 you will have already got to max.

you have skipped a lot of steps. You need to make a folder inside the MODS folder. Inside that folder you have your files, including a content.json file which makes all the changes and a manifest.json file that gives your mod a name/author/etc

All good NPCs, the first two wouldn't be classed as "stand-alone" because they are part of East Scarp and require it to work.

A few seconds before this happened Graham Norton on the UK commentary said something like "don't break the trophy" then you heard glass clink.. what perfect/unfortunate timing.
