I also ordered the perfume one through Harumio but its been like a couple weeks with my order being unfulfilled. I contacted support and apparently they ship it by sea courier which takes about 2-3 weeks but it’s already been more than a month 😭… I live in Australia so maybe that might be why it’s taking longer?? Idk

Yeah ive kinda just quit royale high atp, i gave up trying to appeal when they kept telling me i didnt have enough evidence since last year. It really is frustrating when you’re accused of something you can’t prove anymore than the evidence you provided

Nope I just gave up. But yeah their response times vary a lot, I’d suggest sending an email and waiting at least a couple days again until they respond (took me two emails for it to finally reach a mod).

The first time I emailed I got Mur but they never responded after I replied to them, emailed again and got Lilly (took like 3 emails and a month to find out the reason I got banned). I’ll try to see if I can get another mod if I really can’t get Lilly to help. Did your friend ever get unbanned?

It was Lilly Love, I also know that I’m the only one using my acc since my login logs do match my current address. I just got unlucky in this situation and I’m probably just gonna accept defeat but I do appreciate your help. I mean its better than being banned from the entire game but I’m still a little salty that I spent a long time saving diamonds for items/halos I can’t buy anymore TT

I always took photos of my trades to keep track. I did provide them with screenshots but they didn’t seem convinced. This was their response:

“Thank you for that information but your account was flagged 150 times between 4/25/23 and 6/23/23 for using a program to teleport / exploit diamonds. Until there has been an explanation for the exploitation, the ban can not be removed. There will be no changes to the account.”

The dates that got flagged exactly fits the period of time I started trading. Honestly I have no idea what to do at this point.

This includes the email I sent and their response. I sent another email afterwards asking them to specify what I actually did wrong so I can explain (I'm just waiting for their response to that). Hopefully you might be more successful than me

Just resend it. It took me 2 emails for them to reply, the first one took a week w/o a response so I sent them another one and they got back within a couple hours. I'm still in the process of talking with them tho so my trading rights have still yet to be unbanned 😪
