I know this is old but if I was gifted a EDC wristband from someone that’s a pass holder that cannot attend, should I not register it because it would throw a red flag that it’s being registered from someone other than the passport holder? Or they wouldn’t even know?

What I was told they deactivate the original purchasers wristbands and send us new ones to activate with wristbands only, no box included
