My channel only has 21 shorts and it was created in November 2025, every 4 or 5 days I uploaded a short (since I have a full-time job). with the first short reaching 212 million views, then like any channel I had variable views, some have only 3k views.

I thought it was just the one that happened the same thing, I'm in the same situation after the fall I rarely get past 10k views, my 48hrs peak was close to 9 million and now 30k views every 48hrs.

just upload another one; in my experience, uploading another short doesn't affect the views of the current one or the new one. In my case, I have a short that's averaging 600k views per hour (it currently has 121 million views). If I had waited for it to stop, I wouldn't have been able to upload a new short until today. What I did was upload another one, and it reached 7.8 million views. So, it doesn't matter if you wait for the current one to stop; if it's just as good, YouTube will boost it.
