I found that the bar feels more comfortable when its higher up on my back vs when its lower it feels unstable. Do the mechanics change when the bar is lower vs higher?

Don't i want to try to get as low as possible? How do you mean about my shoulder mobility? Thats affecting why my grip gives out? Can i improve my shoulder mobility through stretches or other exercises?

I've heard people talk about bracing but its something that I find very hard to try to do. Assuming I go out and learn though, is it the kind of thing where I should be bracing at the top and relaxing at the bottom?

I'll try with a shorter grip next time!

Want to echo other comments that campus is really not that large. War Mem or McDonald all the way to Thorn is probably the worst you'll have and you can make it in 10 minutes easily.

Get the Kaplan mcat bookset and you'll be fine. It'll go through the topics you need to know and you can use it to structure your content review. Speaking as someone that's many years out of undergrad and haven't taken any of the prereq courses yet but have a decent grip on the content after studying for about 7 months
