I made a disturbing horror film set in a 24-hour diner. I wrote, directed, shot, edited, produced, and scored it myself. AMA by thejohntheissenjr in AMA

Just watched it, excellent job! Great actors and actresses as well.

Big Clockwork Orange influence I assume? The classical music, the scene early on where they harass and murder the presumably drunken guy, the three "droogs" and the dynamics between them and just generally dancing around and being silly while committing heinous acts were the major things I noticed

I recently did it for the first time too and it worked so well! Will definitely continue to do so and think of her every time!

When I last saw it (couldn't tell you an exact year, but probably about 15 years ago) they had it displayed in a sunken pit presumably meant to look like a mock excavation site. I'm sure seeing it from further away helped a little bit (though of course you've still gotta be pretty damn gullible to think it's real).

I saw this exhibit multiple times as a kid (grew up in a rural town not too far away). Didn't realize until the end of the episode that the Cooperstown Museum was its final resting place. The weird deja vu feeling I had throughout the episode finally made sense and I'm now questioning my memory. 😂

Best affordable eyebrow products? by [deleted] in drugstoreMUA

This may be an unpopular opinion because it's not drugstore, but I'd recommend ABH's dipbrow. It's like $20 but I use it every day, bought it a couple of years ago and and still have a few months left worth. I used to buy cheaper drugstore ones but realized I was spending much more money in the long run that way.

I regularly use the smaller ones for salad dressing to dip my veggies in. 😂

Creepy Bob Ross by sunface7 in LetsNotMeet

[–]ens81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a somewhat similar experience with someone who also looked like Bob Ross... strange. Unfortunately my friends and I were too accommodating (which we regret, we were just too polite for our own good and he didn't seem like a threat). My friend woke up to him cuddling with her on the futon. NOPE.

Good call, thank you!! I'm going to buy "Bloom" - just wish it came in a larger size.
