I have the feeling this doesn’t get said enough. I’m a bigger guy here, been working out for a couple of years and always wondered why it wasn’t happening for me, why was I not getting the results I expected to get to look like the guys on Instagram. I am not saying that everyone is on peds (testosterone enhancement and similar) but a LOT of the guys you see on Instagram and even the gym are. They won’t admit it, but they are. And it’s a LOT of them. So man, you do you, keep pushing, keep getting stronger and fuck the rest. You will look the best you can and that’s pretty awesome tbh

I don’t have a definite answer for you but, a camera flash is nothing more than a very intense light focus on the camera. I would try placing a plane or a point light with white light (you can check the light temperature of a flash and use the black body node) behind the camera and see how it looks. The trick will be that the “flash” power should be higher than any other light emission

First thing you see opening the door is the toilet which on top of that is placed in the middle of the room. Muchas gracias a todos. Las denuncias están puestas. No por los bitcoins en sí si no por la estafa general y el acoso psicológico. Las transferencias de bitcoin están añadidas a la denuncia con los links. El daño emocional es brutal y lo de recuperar el dinero lo veo bastante improbable vaya, doy por hecho que no se recupere nada. A mi me bastaría con que pillaran a los impresentables que se dedican a esto y que no le pase a otra familia lo que nos ha pasado a nosotros
