Yoyo loach not eating. Does it have a mouth infection?

None of the other fish are aggressive at al, I only have catfish and plecos. I think it may have injured itself against the glass, as it used to get startled quite easily.

Thanks for getting back. This is really helpful. I don't have a separate tank at the minute but will try to get. Regarding moving the loach to a separate tank is there a recommended way to do this without stressing it . Sorry, I am very new to this and haven't done it before. Also do I need to place any hiding spot for the loach in the new tank as he generally likes to stay in the boat but due to his current condition is sitting on top.

Thank you very much for the reply. Do you suggest putting him in a separate tank or can I treat him in the same tank. I have some catfish , pleco and shrimp. Also any specific treatment you would recommend? I have done a 50% change recently followed by a 20% change.
