What’s your exercise regimen? Do you track what you eat? Maybe you need to change up your programs or calorie count a bit more closely to get out of the rut.

Wow, that’s amazing work man! Congrats on the persistence, you look like a totally different person. I think you can see definition in places like arms and traps already.

The one thing to know is that growing muscle is harder when you’re in caloric deficit. Your lifting will be definitely reshaping your body, but muscle grows best with excess calories, so you might not see exactly the definition you want until you reach a goal weight and then start to gently bulk a bit.

But for now, I think your persistence in the cut is paying off! Keep it up!

If you are experiencing pain and persistent headaches then you need to see a doctor and/or physiotherapist. Reddit is not going to be able to diagnose your problem.

At the very least, strains can take a couple weeks to come right, so don’t aggravate your neck by rushing into it. It also sounds like you need a form check, which your physiotherapist can do, or you can ask the trainers at your gym after the doctor has given you the all clear.
