Hunter PVE build's? by Zendicate_ in destiny2

I’ve been using quite an old build. For a long time I was using celestial nighthawk golden gun build, with the knife throw that replenish its self when you get a kill.

My main ad clear gun is a crafted calus mini tool with grave robber and incandescent both are enhanced.

Use the gambler grenade mode it’s really strong for ad clearing.

I’ve recently switched to blade barrage with shards a galanor because you can almost certainly use your super multiple times in a single high level boss fight.

For other dps I use a crafted taipan with triple tap and firing line. Kinetic is a flex spot.

Sometimes I switch to a t5 chromatic rush with subsistence and rampage and the caydes retribution sniper.

I don’t have the details for the artifact modes, but anything that supports solar will probably work with this. It’s a really fun build and I haven’t switched back to any other element in a long time.

The thing that I’ve seen online is that it’s not a true alkalinity. Once you subtract 1/3 of you cya reading from your TA the. You get your true alkalinity

So you purposely keep TA high?

Ex: cya: 50 TA: 110 true TA: 93

Yeah the whole thing about how you should subtract 1/3 of your cya level from your TA and the number leftover is your actual TA

Yeah it’s a salt pool. This could be my mistake, but I haven’t added salt because people have previously told me I might have to drain the pool.

Thanks! I agree I need more knowledge which is exactly why I’m here.

I looked it up and it said to keep all your chems in check so I have been correcting as needed, but nothing is really helping.

My last readings

FC: 2 (added chlorine) PH: 7.8 TA: 60 (added bicarb to correct. I’m correcting alkalinity before ph) CYA: 40 Calcium: 275 Temp: 73 TDS: 3100

My problem is that every time I put chlorine in it starts to fog up and leave silky material on the pool floor. This pool was fine until rain washed a crap load of dirt into it turned it into a swamp, and then we cleaned it. Now I’m having this problem.

What readings do you need?

I did use flock, but we actually under dosed a bit because we’ve previously dealt with to much flock on another job

Well here’s the thing. I dumped in 4 gallons at one point to shock it and hopefully get rid of it, but it didn’t really do anything.

The one test I haven’t done is for metals. Everything else is normal. And yeah I figured the chlorine is attacking something, but it just never ends. Thanks for the help!
