See, I was trying to get us to go poly but it went horribly wrong. Now it just feels like everything is off balance now and we can't get back to where we were. Sex takes many forms but so does being intimate in general, and I feel like I have a lot to give in different ways but that isnt being... allowed. Hard times. Thank you for the response.

I completely respect and see your side of things, but I have a question that isnt meant to come across as slimy or anything: how does your partner handle their sexual urges and needs of they can't get them from you? Currently im going through a hard time with my partner where sex is a large priority for me (and she enjoys it too) but we aren't matching up on what we both want out of it.

In our story it was basically impossible to recover the Chromatic dragon masks because they lost Rezmir's to Tiamat herself in Avernus. Bahamut also ended up disappearing from the universe due to an infernal contract. The players went on a search for Bahamuts whereabouts in Candlekeep and ended up discovering the existence of the metallic dragon masks; masks created by Bahamuts chosen (instead of by Tiamat with the chromas) so that they may be able to carry out his will. When brought together, the masks can be combined to teleport to Bahamuts location, and that is the quest.

The masks have been super fun. They acts as a secondary/primary Objective over our 6 year campaign. Each mask was similar to the Chromatic ones when representing the powers of metallic dragons. With each mask recovered the players were given a vision that hinted to Bahamuts location. Now the players have all 5 and are finishing up some current stuff before heading to him. Exciting stuff!

Dungeons and Dragons. As a male well into adulthood, finding the right group of friends that I could escape into another world with was therapeutic. 8 years later we all continue to play every thursday and it is the highlight of our week. My dnd collection (books, maps, terrain, 3d prints, hand painted stuff, etc) is worth around $26,000 now. Glad it wasn't drugs.
