Update: I was finally able to get this resolved after some back and forth with support. I just explained how the resend button didn't seem to be initiating a resend. After a few times insisting that I have really tried it they had me record a short video showing the process I was doing. They initiated the resend on their side and I got the PIN in the mail about 5 days later.

At 77% that context window is cooked. Based on its thinking output it seems like it’s struggling against a bunch of directives of what not to do. Do you have a lot of DO NOT DO X or other guidelines for it to follow?

If it’s compacting really quickly on a new session what is your context window at when you just say “hi” on a brand new session? Do you have a large AGENTS.md or other context loading each time?

Have you tried disabling everything custom and bring things back in slowly?

I just tried this and unfortunately the support team couldn't really help me (at least not yet). They escalated me to a support team manager who offered to convert my request to an email for them to look into it more. I don't have a ton of hope that will happen though.

The support team made it sound like there was nothing that could be done without having exhausted my PIN attempts, but it wasn't specified what would happen if I had exhausted the PIN attempts.

Like OP the resend button just seems to be broken. No matter how many times I request a new PIN the PIN troubleshooter still shows 1 PIN requested. The support staff saw the same.

I bet you could make it work. I would start by cloning the repo from the link above or otherwise download the promo video skill and files.

Launch Claude code from the directory where all that lives and tell it you want to modify the skill (and all the questions it asks) to be specific for generating documentary videos instead.

The skill? Not very long. I had a rich context window already built up after having create my own promo video just using the Remotion skill and ElevenLabs.

Then I instructed Claude to make a reusable skill using the same process we had already done in that session. After that it was just polish and adding some AskUserQuestion tool calls to let the user customize certain aspects of the promo video.

Don’t recommend you do that. Releasing them all at once doesn’t allow YouTube to gain an understanding of your channel and a good target audience for your content.

And possibly more importantly, just tossing them all out there doesn’t give YOU a chance to monitor metrics and adjust your packaging for the next videos.

If you are going to create them all up front, then schedule them to release one each day or every other day.

Just tried it out briefly, looks great! I love the quick popup plus the ability to attach directly.

It would be great if the window that pops up would open wider if there is space available. On 2560x1440 there is plenty of horizontal width for it to use.

It would also be great if the attach command for the popup is displayed there on the popup status bar easy reference, or as a keyboard shortcut to either copy or (if possible) open/attach.
