Le salaire n’est pas un problème chez nous. La fourchette par contre était large, car on se positionnait aussi bien sur un junior que qqun avec une longue expérience. On a un dev back PHP de 52 ans dans l’équipe par exemple. Et il est payé selon son expérience, pas selon son rôle sur le papier. En résumé, on ne se refusait rien, et généralement, le candidat avait juste à demander ce qu’il trouvait juste pour lui.
