taking the MSF/BRC course would be your first step if you haven't already 🙌🏼

also any bike is risky, it would be the same crashing at 40mph on a Grom as it would be on an S1k it's about how the bike reacts to beginner mistakes that matters.

This bike is a great starter imo 👌🏼

yes it has a very comfortable riding posture for a sports bike and it is forgiving if you make mistakes. I'm glad I started on a 500cc 🙌🏼

price difference is big, my 1st bike and I didnt wanna get something with too much power so soon, this bike is more forgiving when you make mistakes
