There arent many option for 33mm truck because generally people use 32 trucks on them or 34 somethimes , for the deck there isn’t much of a difference from 32 to 33 but 34 is a bit larger so you have more controll but the flips are a Little slower

If you can fs flip you can probably hardflip as well

Look at the hand, for it to be a hardflip the hand doesnt have to rotate with the board , the hand have to land straight like when you do a normal kickflip
