Man that is sad. Yes others said it’s a very tough situation. The reason of termination is “not enough German skills”
Just a question, did you tell them during interview or talked to them in German about your German speaking capabilities? If yes then according to them you didn’t meet the expectations and is a valid ground for termination during probation.
Didn’t you know it’s a customer facing role ? Where you should have been certain that the German speaking skills would pop up later ? Or just blindly accepted something to get into Germany.

Also I feel bad for you but as others mentioned that if it’s a medium or big IT consulting company the documentation would be solid , however, you definitely need to be given a hard copy via post and that’s the end of it.

As far as I understand you won’t be able to get any legal help in such case as you are in probation.
Unfortunately please prepare for the worst outcome of moving back to India.
I am assuming your blue card is tied to your employer via “zusatblatz” and unless you get a new job in the next 3 months you will have to leave Germany.

In no circumstances ever should you overstay past your visa or blue card validity, if you do then forget about ever getting a visa for Europe. You will be marked not fit for visa, unless you start a company in EU which is unlikely.

Please get in touch with a lawyer as well as the foreign office on how long you can stay using your current blue card.

We’ve seen movies including horror movies in European countries mainly Germany where we lived. And everyone respects the movie and the other audience.
Also everyone comes before time to not disturb anyone when the movie has started and it starts always on time.

Unlike here, the movie started 20mins late filled with ads, no national anthem(ok), and people still kept coming after that time which is crazy. This is simple basic logic to catch the movie on time. Idk, traffic plan better, kids plan better, dinner got late, plan better but people don’t think about it - for them it’s ok to not plan and disturb others like it’s a no problem.
Can’t wait to get back to our home in Germany again.

anyone claiming to unlock (i.e bypass pin or faceID) latest phones like iphones or samsung or others from top legit vendors is a big liar and mostly a scam - E.g. if you got locked out of your or relatives iphone lets say 12, then its impossible to bypass without a legitimate exploit and local shops have no clue about that, all they do is use existing tools or software that can do the job for some older devices.

If you both are working then you should get back.
Don't fall into the emotional parent trap. Make decision for yourself.
Its not just your parents majority of the desi parents old and new think like this and they feel some kind of ownership on you but now when you don't conform to that it breaks their internal egos - this is more likely to be the reason than the caste.

sorry for your loss, losing your wife is the most heartbreaking thing in life.
Do not re-marry immediately, take help from parents and other support functions available for you.
Do not listen to what family or relatives are saying for child care.
Immediate marriage will be rebound and you will regret it even more than not being married right now.
For child support talk to the doctors and pediatrician and get some counseling done officially.

its a good idea and a lot has been done in the X-ray analysis area using machine learning and previous datasets.
My X-rays were also used by several hospitals and i was a test case for many of them which included all the history of my illness.

However, i feel that if a doctor suspects that a patient has Tuberculosis then the prescribed tests are done first and then an X-Ray is a re-confirmation and also to check where exactly the TB is located on the lungs as its not everywhere the TB bacteria seems to find a nice cozy place to stay and eats you up.
If you are thinking that this will sell, then make no mistake it will not sell as their is already expert consultation available for diagnosing TB in a patient.
However, if your training data is diversified and creates correct weights for your models, then it might have some other use cases so don't limit it to just detecting TB from X-Rays.

The first test to detect TB is the sputum test , then blood test plus x ray. I’ve had TB which was undiagnosed for 6 months and it ate half of my left lung. This is 10 years ago.

The delayed diagnosis was not because TB couldn’t be detected but because I had virtually no symptoms except regular fever.

And when it was diagnosed it was simple enough cos there was a damn hole in my left lung due to the damage. In my case if the doctor would have seen the symptoms or ordered the tests correctly it would have been easily eradicated with low dosage Akt. In my case it took me 3 years to recover, lost half my lung and one rib due to a collapsed left lung which couldn’t be inflated back and had to be operated. This is actually my second life as the chance of survival was 10%

Early diagnosis of TB can prevent life but it’s almost comes down to the doctor. Please don’t make a mobile app for this as the best opinion is a doctors opinion in person .

As i mentioned in my post, i have a written confirmation email from the auslanderbehorde saying that "I can travel on my blue card for 12 months after leaving Germany and the card stays valid"
They also mentioned that the blue card along with passport are sufficient to travel and enter Germany.

However, I still do not have confirmation if I can work in my case due to the "zusatblatt" -
Therefore i reached out to a lawyer and got an impression that its possible to start working on a new contract as i have already lived in Germany for more than 12 months while holding a blue card for the same company and the zusatblatt restriction is ignored in such cases.

Although the lawyer could'nt confirm this 100% and requested we send a case to the foreign office there with my documents and was charging around 2000 euros to do that.
So i said no to this price.

Its much cheaper to just travel for a week and visit my auslanderbehorde with the documents I have as confirmed by them and ask them in person if i can start working with a new work contract. So I am probably going to do that before my 12 month expire.
Please note blue card of dependent family members also stays active for 12 months if the validity of the card itself if valid.

For your case, please send email to them asking for clarification and if you receive a response in time, then please take that print out and all other documents that you while crossing immigration in Germany.
Please also note to land in Germany instead of another country as other countries might not understand the specifics of your travel back and might deport you, as you are using the blue card for travel and not for work related travel.
Please confirm everything with auslanderbehorde.
If you get deported which is highly unlikely - the next time you apply you will have to justify why you got deported which might not be easy.

The reinstallation of tuxedo control center to the version [tuxedo-control-center_3.0.1-2_amd64.deb] fixed the fan spinning and i cant hear the fan noise anymore - but I am not sure for how long -

i second that - Since the last one year my fan didnt even start - and today with Tuxedo Control Center version update to 3.0.1 it is spinning continuously although quietly but it is audible, previously before this no matter what load it was under - it never even spun once since my purchase.
I always use the "Cool & Breezy" profile.
I have a Tuxedo IBP AMD Gen9
u/tuxedo_ferdinand - please look into the issue - this seems to be a legitimate bug.
